At Big Red we offer a unique fitness service. We take a look at the whole picture. From fat loss, to muscle gain, to becoming more confident + more. We're tailored to offer a specialist service that will take in your unique situation (both lifestyle and morphology) and work on doing what is most expedient. We do this through a specific method of tailoring towards your goals, likes and what is most beneficial. No 2 clients get the same programme, because no 2 clients are the same.
We create a new system that allows for a bifold of actions:
1. We work away from movements that offer little to no benefit.
2. We incorporate exercises for specific outcomes to get amazing results.
How you train: everything from exercise selection, rest periods, periodisation, tempo, restrictions, preference - is taken into consideration.
Your body shape can give us big insights towards what is going to be most beneficial for you. From the length of your legs, to the shape of your ribcage - it all is considered to allow us the fastest results.
Most clients have some previous injuries, surgeries, concerns and this is fully taken into consideration (it is NOT a one size fits all)

Traditional Personal Training is here to stay. I love it; and some people LOVE the confidence of someone always being there.
However, there has been a huge rise (at least for me) in clients wanting either more time training at their own gym + P.T. with me; or a solely online based (training at their own gym) with my guidance.
A hybrid (online + in person) allows for the best of best of both worlds. Have a P.T., get the results, save money + train when you can.
Fully online allows for ultimate freedom, get awesome results when you can; when you're not working nor have kid pick up!
I'm a father of an amazing 16 y/o girl who constantly suprises me with how awesome she is. I love to be active and go for hikes, bouldering, swimming, table tennis, and I do love a good netflix binge too. I'm an avid camper with an old 4wd that shoudn't be let out of a mechanics sight!
I've been a personal trainer for 4 years,
Studied cert III + IV in Fitness, plus PSL1 + PSL2. I have also previously coached crossfit + enjoyed crossfit for years.
I've always enjoyed fitness and being active and love continually learning about how to be better in this field. I really love helping people in this way that I can.
