We're tailored to offer a specialist service that will take in your unique situation (both lifestyle and morphology) and work on doing what is most expedient. We do this through a specific method of tailoring towards your goals, likes and what is most beneficial. No 2 clients get the same programme, because no 2 clients are the same.
We create a new system that allows for a bifold of actions:
1. We work away from movements that offer little to no benefit.
2. We incorporate exercises for specific outcomes to get amazing results.
How you train: everything from exercise selection, rest periods, periodisation, tempo, restrictions, preference - is taken into consideration.
Your body shape can give us big insights towards what is going to be most beneficial for you. From the length of your legs, to the shape of your ribcage - it all is considered to allow us the fastest results.
Most clients have some previous injuries, surgeries, concerns and this is fully taken into consideration (it is NOT a one size fits all)

Traditional Personal Training is here to stay. I love it; and some people LOVE the confidence of someone always being there.
However, there has been a huge rise (at least for me) in clients wanting either more time training at their own gym + P.T. with me; or a solely online based (training at their own gym) with my guidance.
A hybrid (online + in person) allows for the best of best of both worlds. Have a P.T., get the results, save money + train when you can.
Online allows for ultimate freedom, get awesome results when you can; when you're not working nor have kid pick up! (or whatever your time hurdles are!)
Training with Patrick was always a blast. I liked how unpretentious he was, as well as the music he played. The results I got were easy and steady, and I was surprised just how much my lower back pain improved over time. We bonded over sweat bands and leg warmers (I’ll let you guess whose were whose).
He had to hold me back most of the time, although I do believe in my soul that he enjoyed pushing me.
Patrick was a generous and fun guy. I highly recommend you give him a go…
Working out with Patrick as a personal trainer has been my first experience outside of a typical sef service gym.I immediately noticed much stronger motivation, due largely to Patrick’s ‘firm but fair’ style. I have definitely gotten stronger and thank Patrick for his tailored work out, patience and understanding of what makes me tick.
